Once you have registered and logged in on our website, you will see a “Place an Order” button. Click it, complete the order form with all required details, and then confirm your submission. Your order will be successfully placed.
We primarily accept artwork in JPEG format, but we also support many other formats including EPS, AI, TIF, GIF, BMP, PCX, PNG, DXF, EMF, WMF, PDF, CDR, and PSD.
Visit our website using any browser and click on the “Register” option located at the top right corner of the page. Fill in the necessary details, and you will be registered within seconds.

Our standard charge is $10 for any cap/chest digitizing (under 4.5” x 4.5”) for unlimited stitches. For clients with high-volume orders, we provide competitive pricing.
Most edits are free of charge. Additional charges only apply if you request new elements to be added to an existing design, such as extra text, backgrounds, or other modifications that require additional digitizing.
Absolutely not. Your designs remain strictly confidential. We never sell or distribute customer designs. Additionally, we securely store your files, and if you ever lose them, you can contact us to have them resent immediately.
